We aim to run a reliable, safe network that reduces friction for venues and improves patron experience — while continuously improving how we operate behind the scenes.
Our hardware includes batteries and electronic components that must be handled carefully at end-of-life. We are committed to responsible disposal and recycling, including:
Collecting and removing damaged or end-of-life power banks from our network, and
Recycling eligible batteries through B-cycle accredited battery recycling pathways (where available), to help ensure materials are recovered and waste is diverted from landfill.
We also work to extend product life through maintenance, servicing, and replacement programs that prioritise repair and reuse where possible.
We expect our suppliers and contractors to uphold fair labour standards and safe working conditions. Fluro does not tolerate forced labour, child labour, or exploitation in any part of our business or supply chain.
We’re committed to being transparent and responsible with data. Where technology relies on payment or usage flows, we aim to minimise collection and handle information securely.
