01 · Who we are

Fluro Group operates power bank charging stations across Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia. This policy explains what information we collect when you use a Fluro station, our website or our support channels - and how we handle it.

02 · What we collect

We keep it minimal. Renting a power bank requires no account and no app, so we collect only what the service needs:

Payment authorisation data, processed by accredited payment providers - we never see or store your full card number. Rental events, such as which station a power bank was hired from and returned to. Contact details you choose to give us through support, WhatsApp or enquiry forms. Station Lab orders - the design you configure, your contact details and any logo you upload, kept only to prepare your station. Careers applications, kept only for recruitment. Basic, cookieless website analytics.

03 · How we use it

To run rentals and process deposits and refunds. To keep stations stocked and working. To respond when you contact us. To understand network usage in aggregate. That’s it - we don’t build advertising profiles of individual users.

04 · Sharing

We never sell personal information. We share it only with payment processors to complete transactions, with service providers who help us operate (under confidentiality obligations), and where the law requires. Venue partners see aggregate usage - never individual identities.

05 · Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by financial and tax law, then delete or de-identify it.

06 · Security

Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers. Access to personal information is restricted to team members who need it, and our systems are monitored across all three markets.

07 · Your rights

Depending on where you are, your rights are protected by the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia), the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand) or the Personal Data Protection Law (Indonesia). You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

08 · Cookies & analytics

Our website uses privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to understand how pages are used in aggregate. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
